Article Publication Fee (APC)

This journal applies a transparent publication fee policy. Article Submission Fee is 0.00 KZT (Kazakhstani tenge). Authors are not required to pay any fee at the time of manuscript submission. The submission and peer review process is conducted free of charge.

Article Publication Fee (APC) is 5,500 KZT (Kazakhstani tenge).

If a manuscript is accepted for publication, authors will be requested to pay an Article Publication Charge (APC). This fee covers the costs associated with editorial processing, online publication, website maintenance, and long-term digital archiving.

• Fees are charged only after acceptance of the manuscript.
• There are no hidden charges.
• The APC does not influence editorial decisions; acceptance is based solely on academic merit and peer review.

APC Waiver and Discount Policy

The journal is committed to equitable access to publishing and may grant full or partial APC waivers under the following conditions:

• Authors with demonstrated financial hardship
• Authors from low- and lower-middle-income countries
• Invited papers (at the discretion of the Editorial Board)

Requests for APC waivers or discounts must be submitted before or at the time of manuscript submission and do not influence the editorial or peer review process.
